ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

We are currently full for the 2024-25 School Year. If you are interested in joining the waitlist, please contact Ms. Maggy at stpaulvpdirector@outlook.com

We are happy to hear that you are considering sending your child to our center. Please download the attached forms and contact us for a tour tour of our classrooms. Our forms and tuition and fees change regularly, and we are happy to confirm the most recent information when you contact us.

TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE

ENROLLMENT FORM

In addition to our Enrollment Form, please also provide:

  • Recent immunization records (dated within the last 6 months)

  • Recent physical from your child's pediatrician (dated within the last 6 months)

  • Copy of birth certificate

We accept children on the Child Care Action Program through the State of Illinois. Please submit a change of provider form to the YWCA prior to your child's enrollment with our center.

For families experiencing financial hardship, we have a small scholarship fund available. The amount awarded is determined on a case by case basis, based on the current balance of the funds and the number of children using the assistance at that time.
